Shawn Galloway Chosen as Sole Presenter of This Year's NOSHA Safety Conference

Shawn is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ProAct Safety, an international safety excellence firm. As an author, international consultant, professional speaker and seminar leader, he has assisted hundreds of organizations to achieve and sustain excellence in safety, culture, and operational performance. He is also the host of the highly acclaimed weekly podcast series, Safety Culture Excellence, a columnist for several international magazines and coauthor of the upcoming book, Steps to Safety Culture Excellence.

Shawn has personally worked with The United States Capital, The United States Armed Forces, Merck, Wrigley, Pepsi, Baker Hughes, Eastman Chemical, Georgia-Pacific, Honda, Ingersoll-Rand, National Institutes of Health, Rockwell Automation, Timken, Starbucks and over a hundred similar organizations throughout the world. Shawn was just listed in the 2011 Industrial Safety & Hygiene News Power 101 – Leaders of the Environment, Health and Safety World. The NOSHA Safety Conference is set for October 2nd at the Ramada Inn in Grand Forks.  It will be a half day morning conference, beginning with complimentary breakfast from approximately 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The conference will conclude between 12:15 and 12:30 p.m. Shawn will be speaking about Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) and Safety Culture Excellence.
