DOT Hazardous Materials (HazMat)
Course Description - This half-day DOT seminar will teach your employees
the proper prepping, packaging, placarding, and labeling required to
ship Hazardous Materials. Every employee involved in shipping,
transporting, or handling hazardous materials should attend.
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
Training
Course Description -This half-day
seminar will teach your employees how to identify hazardous waste,
proper waste management of hazardous and universal wastes, how to
complete manifests accurately and emergency preparedness and release
reporting. Training must be repeated at least every 36 months; and the training
must be updated whenever there is a regulation change affecting an
employee's job duties.

The
Environmental Training Institute (ETI) develops and delivers
training programs for those involved in various aspects of hazard
detection and environmental controls. ETI offers a wide range of health
and safety training.

The North Dakota
Safety Council (NDSC) develops, instructs and coordinates safety
training across North Dakota. Through its certified safety consultants,
program coordinators and a large base of certified instructors, more
than 50 different courses are offered regularly, statewide, including
OSHA Construction and General Industry, MSHA Part 46 and Part 48,
Traffic Safety, First Aid, CPR and AEDs, Confined Spaces, Fall
Protection, Forklift Operation, Hazard Awareness, Railroad Safety, First
Responders, Car Seat Safety, Scaffolding, Trenching & Excavation, and
Instructor Development, among many others.
The NDSC is
committed to reducing injuries and fatalities at work, on the roads and
in homes and communities across North Dakota through safety planning,
